About Me

Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Welcome to "Cogknitive images" photography, where Holly Coggin and Kristi Knitter work as a team to create keepsakes that are a reflection of each individual. We believe that a photography session should be as fun for you as it is for us! Therefore, we generally use you as our guide. It is our goal to capture you doing things you enjoy with the ones you love. We hope you enjoy this sampling of our recent work and please consider us for your future photography needs.

Murfreesboro Wedding Photography

A Few More Favorites!
I promise we are saving a few surprises for the bride and groom, but I couldn't resist posting these.  Sarah is  very blessed to have grandparents who are in great shape (even on the dance floor)!

How sweet are these little girls doing their job attending their bride!

There is nothing like a mother's love, and you are truly always your mama's little girl!

Murfreesboro photography-wedding season!

Some of the coolest shots are in the details.  The candlelight in the reception area set a beautiful tone for the couple's "musical extravaganza!"
Sarah had asked us to incorporate this passage in her pictures.
The bride is a music major and the piano has obviously been an important part of her life.  The classic black and white keys make a lovely setting for the rings.
The slight breeze was perfectly timed!  The weather turned out just lovely!
Just loving getting a sneak peek at Dan and Sarah's wedding day.  There are more to come.  It's like opening gifts as we review the day in pictures!

Prayerful Consideration

We enjoyed Sarah and Dan's wedding today and will post sneak peeks soon.  Just couldn't help but post this sweet shot.  The men (and one adorable little man named Charles) all gathered for a prayer before the ceremony.  It was truly one of the most touching moments I have experienced while shooting weddings.

Murfreesboro photography-Spring is for Baseball

Gotta find some fun stuff to do when your child practices baseball for two hours. He is cute in the uniform though!  I like the long lens because I love faces so much and this gets me right on top of him without bothering the coach.  We'll use this lens for the wedding we are shooting this weekend.  Hopefully, it will enable us to be inconspicuous and still get tight shots.  I bet the light inside the church won't be as luscious as this was!

Easter Bunnies

We have to share our Easter Bunnies with you all.  Ok, we are so biased, but....ain't they sweet!  Blessings to you all :)

Murfreesboro photography-"Jamica-ing" me crazy!

Shannon and Andy will be tying the knot in Jamaica in about one month.  They are nuts over each other and it just oozes through in their engagement photos.  She didn't bat an eye about his desire to have his pictures made in his favorite accessory-the visor!  It's clear this relationship is gonna work out fine!  Best wishes always.  We just wish we were flying to Jamaica with you!
